Introducing the Twin Cities Quilting Customer Loyalty Program
This year TCQ is introducing a new loyalty program. The program starts after the New Year's Day Sale and run to the end of the year. Ask us to fill out a loyalty card when you make your first purchase of the year, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ask us to add purchases to their card at the time of future purchases.
If you purchase over $250.00 in full-price merchandise during the year, we will contact you the following January to let you know your loyalty dollars are collectable. Reward loyalty dollars are rounded down to 10% of purchases.
Reward loyalty dollars will be redeemable during January and February of the following year after the New Year's Day sale. Loyalty dollars are good only on store merchandise. Gift certificates, classes, shipping charges, and quilting services do not apply. Loyalty dollars not used by the end of February will be voided and a new card will be started. Card totals do not rollover, they last for one calendar year.
What constitutes a purchase? All purchases on merchandise sold at full value during non-sale days constitutes a purchase. Classes, gift certificates, quilting services, and supplies are not part of our loyalty program. We will record full price purchases made with gift certificates on non-sale days. Sales are recorded without tax.
